  Tried to schedule appointment using their online schedule. 3 days and have heard nothing. Called direct and according to the scheduler "her hands are tied" until she gets a guarantee from the bookkeeping department - who are not there today (Thursday). This company is so poorly run! I hate when I have to call them.
