    Since I began taking Pilates 6 years ago, I have never experienced an instructor as knowledgeable and as inspirational as Angela. Dancing is my hobby and I thank Angela for helping me strengthen my core and consequently all the progress I have achieved in dance. She furthermore applied her wealth of knowledge regarding injuries to strengthen an ankle I had sprained. Because of her workouts I am stronger now at age 66 (I hate to give away my age) then I was when I was much younger. She even miraculously decompresses my body after my weekly drives to Los Angeles. I cannot recommend enough the value of a private session. Angela gives her all to help you with your individual needs, correcting everything that needs to be corrected. Thanks to her expertise I am getting healthier and stronger even as I get older!
