  The professionalism of this place is horrible. I came 10 minutes early to pick up my two 4 year olds tuxedo rentals and Nicole was extremely rude saying that they don't typically see people early for pick ups. Ok...no big deal, we can wait. I then let Nicole know that there was 2 other ring bearers that last minute were not going to be able to be in the wedding. She was annoyed and said "I knew I should have gotten a deposit." Then proceeded to asked me why. First off, your rude, now gossipy. It's none of your business. Moving on...it was pretty good after that, I will say they were quick with the minor alterations. Once they were altered we didn't try them on until the day of the wedding and both the boys pants we WAY too short. Again...no big deal. At the wedding the kids had face painting with water based washable paint. The kids got paint on the shirts but again it was washable paint. After the tuxedos were returned I got a phone call from Nicole stating that both the shirts were completely ruined. AGAIN yes they were dirty from the paint however it was washable paint. So...without trying to wash or dry clean them first which they generally do I had to pay for the shirts. Nicole then mentioned that they are not in the line of business to take money from people and could tell by the tone of my voice that I was upset. I told her I wasn't upset just annoyed that before attempting to clean the washable paint off the shirts that I was told that they were ruined and needed to be thrown away. If you are renting clothes for your kids/toddlers make sure to not get ONE stain on them or you will be buying it. After Nicole was trying to go back and forth with me after me just stating my opinion I told her I did not want to argue with her about it. Whats done is done. She said ok fine and hung up on me. I have NEVER in my life dealt with such an unprofessional person. I've heard great things about this place and to have such a rude person working/managing your business is bad business for you. I do not recommend this company. And just one side note...the dog you have roaming around your business is going to end up biting some one and then you won't have a bad review but a law suit.
