  It is too bad that "GATEKEEPERS" need to be rude and indignant. Dr. Elaine #Gertser's General Manager who who not give his name (now really is that professional?) advised me I was not Dr. Gertser's patient. She, Dr. #Gertser signed my intake forms and all of my #pharmaceutical/ #prescription requirements. I have a #Staphylococcus Aureus infection thanks to botched surgery at #Scripps La Jolla from February. It is not the fault of #Jacob Health Care Center, who contracts with Dr. Gertser; however, it behooves the two entities to provide the #patient-centered #care they are claiming they both provide. This is not happening.
