As always very good service. The branch manager who welcomed me over a month ago was friendly and efficient. Her colleague was also nice and made me feel welcome to San Diego. The car was a Toyota Camry. Excellent car, drove well, good gas mileage, never gave me any problem. When I returned the car they took care of me quickly and in 5 minutes I was on my way to the airport. I keep using Enterprise because of their excellent customer service and reasonable prices.

Arrived to pick up previously reserved vehicle and had to stand in line for 30 minutes. Once we were through the line, went to pick up vehicle. We were upgraded and so that is why I gave them 2 stars. At that point, we were asked if we wanted insurance. Since we have insurance already for rental vehicles, we declined. At that point, an additional $800 was reserved on our credit card because we didn't take the insurance. Yes, we received the money back, but I resent the high pressure sales tactic. Totally unnecessary. Other car companies do not do this
