    Stay away from this place !! This community has some serious security issues. Its not a gated community and next to La Jolla Village road. Its so easy to just walk in and out for any criminal right up to your apartment and car. The entry and exits are not secured, no CCTVs or security. They do have locked pool area and access is restricted only for residents. However, no access restriction for residential area or parking. Feels like those cheap motels next to the highway. I am living here for 3 months and always fear for my safety after my car was vandalized and stuff worth $500 stolen. There are other stories of house- and car-breakin in the community. I have never seen any effort by the management to make sure that parking area or residential homes are safe. Just walk around and see yourself before renting in the dump.
