  The coaches and the other members here are great! You feel comfortable working out at any level and the coaches really understand how to cater a work out for all levels of fitness and all body types. Ray does a lot to make us feel like a community and family. Crossfit always made me nervous and I kept putting off trying it, but I wish I had found this gym years ago. I am definitely obsessed! I highly recommend for anyone looking to get excited about getting in shape and working out. Plus you definitely see results. It's the place to go!
