  I am an out-of-shape 50+ who was very intimated by the name Die Hard, but I really enjoy coming now because I have seen results quickly and I am inspired by Christine's bright spirit. Although this is my first pilates experience, it's a very supportive environment which kept me coming. I like the savings of the package deals and share it with my daughter. I started with Christine's "Nice and Easy" which challenged me without killing me. I also attended other instructor's classes, and they are equally as good at instructing and motivating to reach your next level. Their classes offer something for everyone from very beginners to advanced. You won't regret giving it a try.
