I want to gratefully thank the staff for helping me create and print out lost pet flyers on Thursday 5/3. They were patient and instructive to a technologically disadvantaged older lady .. lol!! I am happy to announce kitty was reunited with family on Friday 5/4 due to those flyers . I am grateful for all the support I received from my local Mission Valley community . Keep up the good work! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Whoever the blonde was who was working on 2/12/18 at 12:00 pm was THE rudest person I have ever met. She told me she could take me at another cash register and I simply stated that I believe the man waiting in front of me was there first, she then takes a HUGE sigh and tells the man ok I guess I'll help you over here and continues to talk about me like I did something wrong... As I was leaving I heard her barking at another customer who was trying to pay... Used to come to this FedEx all the time, but probably will find another where I'm not berated for trying to do the right thing
