  Wish I never lived here. Appliances were as old as you can get. Our carpet was extremely old and we had our first experience with roaches since the 1st week we moved in. Honestly sad. We loved the neighborhood that's why we decided to move in and raise our 2 babies there for some time but we didn't last as much as we would of liked. For the price the unit was just screaming for updates. Also our new car got hit by a drunk guy while it was parked outside our apartment. Neighbors cars were also damaged.
  Water bills were shockingly, always extremely high. We now own a 6 bedroom home and pay just a little more than we did at this place.
  To top it off our bill was like 600+ when we moved out.
