Came into the store when it was 20 minutes before closing and its understandable the staff might be winding down, but as we walk in the young girl at the front didn't say a word to us or even make eye contact. We waited to make our order and she just kept cleaning the counter as if we didn't exist. It was a very unwelcoming feeling and really felt like we made a mistake stoping for a sandwich. When she finally acknowledged us one of her co workers in the back came up to her and whispered something in her ear. She than let us know that the grill was closed and they were closing up so there wouldn't be too many options for ordering. I looked at my watch to see we still had ten minutes before closing, unfortunately looking at the staff they didn't seem very happy to help us and to be honest not sure if I would trust them to make a sandwich at this point so we left. I wish they had a sign up that let the customers know that the options on the menu are limited ten minutes before closing. I went back inside and asked for a business card but was ignored, so I looked around and found one in the front. I was originally going to just send the general manager an email but that last encounter led me to post on here. Very disappointed.
