    This is definitely the WORST place to work at. Admin is a hot mess. There have been 3 directors in only a year. Staff is not professional at all, most of them are gossipers and hypocrites (Including Admin). I can honestly say that it was very frustrating to work with people who don't know the first thing about team work, respect and professionalism. The families of the children enrolled here deserve better and the residential buildings around the school, as well as the very few great teachers that work in this school.

    I truly believe this establishment is run by bunch of incompetent people. By close observations during the outside play hours the kids are not being engaged to play in games, or sing songs or whatever kids do their age. They are simply left to scream from the top of their lungs and run wild as if they're in the jungle, while the two adult supervisors are discussing the parents. Believe me, those screams are horrific as if someone is torturing them in a horror movie.. I consider that the ultimate birth control.

    There are some good days when once in a while a caring adult is doing their best to keep the kids occupied and engaged in activities. Once again, this is once in a while so don't get too excited.

    This daycare simply does not care that they are in the heart of small residential area, which not only deals with screaming kids M-F 8a-6p, but with overnight construction work on their building. So if you have a day off during the week you might as well forget to relax and sleep in in your own home, or if you have to wake up for work just forget to be your 100% productive self because coffee does not make miracles in such severe cases.
    If you happen to work from home.. then I am truly sorry for the daily struggles, I truly am! Perhaps one of the best things during a weekday is when the children take naps 12pm-2pm.

    Kids On Broadway also finds it appropriate to have contractors work in the middle of the night on the outside of the building (past 10pm which continued to after 1am!!!!) during weekdays. This was the cherry top of the horrific experience with this establishment, and it's all video documented.

    They do not take the responsibility of their actions, no apology or any type of notification of upcoming construction work in the middle of the $?@#£ night. Who does that?! Hire somebody to do that right after the daycare is over and while it's still early, or consider the option of work during the day and keep the screaming kids inside. How about that?! This is just a "great" neighborly establishment providing "amazing" customer service that doesn't even know how to respond to phone complains.

    Truly ridiculous, stressful and highly upsetting experience for the residents across and for all the professionals in the area who wake up early for work or have the day off!!
