  Jared is amazing! He was very thorough in reviewing my problems with my lower back and shoulders and suggested a few additional areas to work on. I had been suffering for many months after an injury and it had limited my ability to exercise or tolerate any position for a long time. I had tried massage therapy and ROM stretching but nothing worked. I decided to try acupuncture for the first time and it was a great experience. After a few sessions, I felt like I had increased mobility and flexibility and the pain slowly went away completely! I'm about 90% to my prior activity level and haven't needed Aleve in weeks. Highly recommend!
