  Karen helped me select a mattress in the store and was friendly and helpful. She did a great job and was a pleasure to work with!
  There was a bit of an issue with communication on the delivery window and they didn't call the morning of to lock in the delivery window...Apart from that, the guys did great once they arrived and set it up. I give 5 stars for the shopping experience and delivery guys and 4 stars for delivery logistics. So - 4 1/2 stars?
