I have an issue with one of your properties. I left a voicemail asking for a call back today around 2 p.m. This review will track our interaction.

Update:
They called me back same day. We had a bit of phone tag but finally got on the phone. They advised me they could not help me with the issue I'm having with one of their new properties and recommended I call the old management company Greystar as they were in charge when my incident occurred.

Thanks I guess.

Greystar has still been ignoring my calls, messages and emails.

Creekside is a nice place to reside they apartment are always nice and clean the staff is always professional they always have events for the residents,the learning center is a plus I'm glad we moved here their right on time when something needs fixing i would refer someone to move here Myrna ,Camille,the sweet lady who's over the office are exceptional thanks Creekside you rock
