    Awesome! This gym was just what I had been looking for...It's the perfect cross between one-on-one personal training and group training. It's fun and you get a killer workout...Plus, it's all functional fitness, which is the way to go!

    I have been training with Mike for over a year and have worked out at The Movement Warehouse since it opened. People at Movement are my family and I look forward to going there everyday. I have never felt or looked better in my entire life. Mike knows exactly how to motivate and make the experience fun, even when you want to die. There is a sense of community you won't find anywhere else in San Diego. If you want to be in the best shape of your life, and make incredible friends, then work out here.
