Had my first appointment at 10:30 but they required me to come in at 10 to fill out paperwork. This would usually be fine but I had to wait OVER AN HOUR just to have labs drawn and to refill my prescription. what was the point of coming in early if they’re going to be late af anyway??? Plus I had to fast for this, and now it looks like I’ll be skipping breakfast and lunch bc they’re so damn slow. 6 people that came in after me got called in before me. When I finally got called the doctor informed me the receptionist forgot to check me in. Are you kidding me!!! I even spoke to the receptionist multiple times how tf did he forget. Went back and this lady took my blood. Then I went to the bathroom and she’s like o wait can you give us another sample so she takes blood on my other arm, but none is coming out so SHE MOVES THE NEEDLE AROUND. I can handle needles but this freaking hurt!!! Would give this a 0 stars if I could.
