  Basically they just take $100 from you to give you ads they pull off craigslist. They do a credit check apparently, which no landlord will accept, and nobody has even authorized them to list with them or even heard of them!! They verbally tell you that you will get a FULL refund if you don't find any properties with them and then give you less than half of your money back. I will personally be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I encourage anybody who has had a bad experience with them (which is probably everybody who has ever had ANY experience with them) to do the same! They received an F from the BBB- 68 complaints filed against them so far. I have never seen another business receive an F. Wish we had checked the BBB first!
