  I called in Roofing Specialists after my tenant contacted me regarding some rotted wood on the underside of the eave. I was given an estimate for repair, which went up as the job was completed the day of the repair. I was given warning this might happen. However - at the end of the job the original rotted wood was still there and I was told this is not part of the roof. My original contact originally had said he would quote their additional price to repair but did not. Also the day of communication was poor. So yes - they fixed part of my roof that needed repair. Yet poor communication left me dissatisfied with the job done.
