  This lady is impossible to get a hold of. We needed to cancel my sister's prenatal massage because my sister went into labor early and had her baby on the day the appointment was scheduled. We continuously called but were unable to leave a message because her mailbox was full. Today I received an email saying she was charging my credit card $50 because we didn't give 24hr notice.I responded to the email and have yet to hear back.
