    I called Sam at Golden Key Jewelers and he was extremely helpful over the phone. I was having an engagement ring resized and he was the only person of several to ask some very specific questions when he provided me an estimate.

    When I came in, Sam was very polite and a great help again, even remembering my name from when I called. He set the stone on the microscope to show me the GIA inscription before and after the resizing. Real honest repair service. I will definitely make them my go-to spot in the future and recommend them to anyone who asks.

    My only con was the signage outside made the place difficult to find, and I had to call to make sure I wasn't missing it.
