    Just completed the 6 week challenge. It was tough but worth it. I lost 6 percent body fat in 6 weeks- which was my goal. All of the trainers are well educated in fitness and friendly. I would definitely recommend this challenge and this gym if you are serious about your goals. If you follow what they say, you will reach your goals. Your health is number one, so don’t take it for granted. Thank you for helping me achieve this goal True Motion.

    I just finished the 6 week challenge with True Motion! I've had some autoimmune issues the last few years and gained some weight from an inability to work out, steroids, and just eating unhealthily. So my friend got me to do this challenge with her to kickstart getting fit again!

    The class schedule has a lot of options especially for those trying to get in around a work schedule. There are classes early in the morning to post work in the evening. Unfortunately there were no Sunday classes but there are Sat morning classes. I really liked the 7:30am classes because it really forced me to start my day early and I always felt I was more productive. My body now just wakes up early on it's own!

    During my time here I took classes with Ryan, AJ, and Cesar. The coaches are amazing and they are the main reason I'm sticking around after the challenge! They really know what they're doing, and are amazing people who really care about helping you not only achieve your fitness goals, but making sure you don't get injured or helping with existing injuries.

    The challenge came with a nutrition plan, which I actually did not follow. I have a generally good idea of what works for me and did my own thing in regards to diet. But for those who don't quite know where to start yet it can be a good starting point.

    I also did not really do the recommended cardio, I have some hives anaphylaxis issues when cardio is involved so I rarely did cardio. But I did do a lot of yoga, aerial silks and rock climbing instead.

    The prices for the classes can be on the expensive side but I really do think the coaches here are worth it!

    Saw a 6 week challenge on my Instagram and couldn't resist. Found True Motion and was quickly registering for the challenge. It's 6 weeks, how hard could it be? It's hard but oh so good!! Just started week 3 and have had some fantastic improvements in life. (1) sleeping better!!! (2) eating better!!! (3) small group training sessions are challenging but doable at all abilities (4) feel better and stronger (5) dropped some lbs (6) seeing improvements with every session. I've had sessions with Ryan, Terry, and Cesar. ALL are AWESOME!! They each have different focus areas but also compliment each other's workouts. At the halfway point and feeling pretty good. If you have the opportunity to sign up for this challenge, DO IT!!
