    I had (what I thought was) a relatively complex property situation (multiple properties, multiple equity lines, transmutation) where I was trying to find my separate equity. I had seen another CPA/CDFA who spent an hour and half with me reviewing my financials (I had everything catalogued and organized into a spreadsheet) and got absolutely nowhere--this other CDFA couldn't figure it out. I was referred to Ginita by an attorney/friend. It took Ginita about 5 minutes to understand it. She did a very thorough calculation, explained to me how she got there, and educated me on the laws/rulings behind her calculations. It was the kind of clarity I had been searching for!
