    This studio is wonderful. I found this little hidden gem in Sorrento Valley about 2 years ago and I have been going back almost everyday since then. The instructors are amazing, the classes are suitable for beginners as well as advanced yogis. The room is warm (80 F) but not too hot. But most of all there is a vibe I have yet to find in another studio thanks to the owners (Reegan and Rob). Check it out!
