    This is the company that bought out Sleeptrain and they took a while to change their name over...

    The salesmen are frauds. They were convincing me the mattress would be good for me after I explained my situation from my Macy's experience. I took the bait 2X.
    At least the manager at the time attempted to help me out providing a topper that eventually dropped to useless under my hips.

    I purchased 2 mattresses here and they were Chinese petroleum junk. One Sealy medium plush that never softened up that was a back killer causing debilitating pain. The other was a Beautyrest plush that took it's time too soften, then I got 10 days of sweet no pain sleep until it went too soft under for my lumbar muscles and returned it as well.

    I had to call a company supervisor to explain my dilemma and he hesitantly approved a refund. Apparently I was an exception from my explanation. Less $$$ for their pocket.

    These were, I thought the only ones in my price range ($1500) that had the possibility to do the correct support under my hips.

    Before this I returned 2 mattresses to Macy's because they didn't work out. My price range then was $900/$1000. All I could afford then. Macy's return is a robbery story of 15%.

    I will never shop here again for a mattress.
